The personal data supplied or collected are generally used for the management of the contractual relationship, during the rendering of contracted, registered or reserved services, for study, improvements and adjustment of services to the needs and interests of the Client, for information and marketing actions, campaigns, promotions, publicity, statistical studies and to facilitate reservation processes of our Clients.
The Client may, however, come to provide personal data for other purposes, such as for the purposes of sending complaints or suggestions, dissemination of institutional information about HELP4PT, participation in raffles, participation in market studies, performance evaluation surveys, etc.

Other tracking technologies – Web Beacons

HELP4PT uses software technology known as web beacons (also known as web bugs, clear gifs, or pixels) to provide us support to understand which content is effective, for example, by counting the users that visit certain pages. The web beacons consist of small images with a unique identifier, whose purpose is similar to that of cookies, and which are used so that we can know whenever specific content is viewed.
